• Cost Certainty - As a WebCrescendo customer you have access to ALL features of the environment.  As new features and capabilities are added, you have complete access to these features at no additional cost.
• Fixed Price Projects - SMT provides fixed bid pricing on all project activities we perform. You will never receive an unexpected invoice form SMT.
• Invoice at Project Completion - AT SMT, we (usually) bill all projects at the end of the project.  We only get paid when you are satisfied with the completeness and quality of the work performed.
• Contract Renewal Price Guarantees -SMT will not only provide pricing for the current contract, we will also guarantee our pricing for the contract renewal.  You can be assured that transparency is a priority in all that we do.
