Reports

Web Crescendo offers a variety of reports. The reports can be delivered in Excel or html format and can run for specific widgets and date ranges. Please be patient! Some reports may take a few minutes to complete.

Contact Us

The contact us report contains data that has been collected. To run a new contact us report, select a contact us form and a date range for the report parameters. The report can be delivered in Excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries for the selected contact us form. Please be patient! This report may take a few minutes to complete.

Event RSVP

The event RSVP report contains data from the event rsvp widget. To run a new event RSVP report, choose an event and click generate report.

Form

The form report contains data that has been collected from the forms widget. To run a new report, select a form and a date range for the report parameters. The report can be delivered in Excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries for the selected form. Please be patient! This report may take a few minutes to complete.

Jasper

Silicon Mountain Technologies is integrated with the Jasper business intelligence tool. Customers interested in utilizing this reporting system will need to acquire a license for the software before applying a report. Silicon Mountain Technologies will partner with interested companies to minimize the cost of enterprise business intelligence reporting and deployment.

Registration

The registration report contains data that has been collected from the registration widget. To run a new report, select a registration widget and a date range for the report parameters. The report can be delivered in Excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries for the selected widget. Please be patient! Site Redirect

The site redirect report contains data about site redirects, including date, referring URL, and count. To run a new report, select a redirect and a date range for the report parameters. The report can be delivered in Excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries for the selected redirect. Please be patient! Survey

The survey report contains data that has been collected from the survey widget. To run a new report, select a survey widget and a date range for the report parameters. The report can be delivered in excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries for the selected widget. Please be patient! Document Access

The document access report shows the file name, site name, and number of views for all the documents in that organization or on a particular website.

If you choose the detail report, select the appropriate site from the pull-down list and the login data for that site will be returned in the report. if you choose the summary report, all data for the organization will be returned in the report. The report can be delivered in either Excel or HTML format. To receive all entries for a selected report type, leave the from date and end date blank. User Login

The user login report shows the name, login date, email, login status, role level, and phone number of users who have logged into your website.

To run a report, select a report type and a date range for the report parameters. If you choose the detail report, select the appropriate site from the pull-down list and the login data for that site will be returned in the report. if you choose the summary report, all login data for the organization will be returned in the report. The report can be delivered in either Excel or HTML format. To receive all entries for a selected report type, leave the from date and end date blank. Site User

This report will present the number of users at each role level registered for each web site in this organization. The report can be delivered in Excel or HTML format. Leave the from and end dates blank to receive all entries. Please be patient! This report may take a few minutes to complete.
