The User Login Portlet gives visitors a way to login to your website.  Most websites that use this portlet will also use a Registration Portlet.  Build this portlet to add a login box for users to log into a secure area.  Once public users log in, the login box disappears.

1- Login Portlet Name: Title of the portlet being created.  It allows you to locate it alphabetically in your list of Login Portlets in the admin tool.
2- Short Description: A short explaining of the portlet you are creating.

 

How to set up a User Login Portlet

  1. Select Portlets: User Login Module.  View a summary of each.
  2. Select + Portlet Actions for Login.  The add User Login Portlet screen displays.
  3. Select Save Info, the Return to Portlet List.
